The Wedding Planner gets Married!?

It is finally my day to marry the man of my dreams. In less than 2 weeks we will look into each other's eyes and vow a lifetime of Iove, loyalty, and true happiness. The man I met 8 years ago has grown into someone who I couldn't see a day of my life without. The child we share together will see Mommy and Daddy get married in front of God and all of our closest family and friends.

Wedding Deets: We'll have a traditional hour long catholic mass at the Mission San Jose Church in San Antonio, Texas. Then we'll have a beautiful reception dinner at a hall, along with cake, dancing, and drinks. Plus a photo booth and a coffee/hot cocoa, donut, & wedding cookie bar. It should be fun! I cant wait.

3 of childhood friends (more like sisters) whom I have been close to since 8th grade and also my friend from college, will all stand beside me and watch as I take this next step in life. Eeek! I'm so excited, I can't wait.

The wedding wasn't supposed to be this big. We decided on a church wedding because it seemed we needed to start somewhere new and fresh. Where better than in God's house? The guest list grew from 70.. to 90.. now to possibly 120. It was my mom, I swear. She couldn't stop inviting people. It grew nearly double in size. But we are ecstatic, and of course I knew how to keep it under our budget so we'd get everything we wanted (and had everyone who we wanted) there.

But now it's my turn to walk down the aisle at my handsome hubby and bawl like a baby while saying my vows. (I'll upload pics, I just know I'll lose it). And to think, that this would never happen is crazy. Life is complicated that way! But you absolutely must embrace the moments that are so important.

I'm sure this experience will give me so much perspective on the day of. I'll know what it actually feels like being a bride on the most romantic day of her life.

Cheers to December 29th, 2018!
