This is a question I receive a lot! In a nation where tipping is customary, how do you decide?
Here's a quick reference:
Expected (10-20%):
-Bartenders
-Hair & Makeup Artists
-Musicians
-Wedding Transportation
-Catering Service Crew
-Delivery Services
Perhaps you've noticed these vendors did one hell of a job! Add those to the list as well!
Optional (10-20%):
-Photographers
-Videographers
-Wedding Coordinator
-Wedding DJ
-Officiant
How will they receive it? Try asking if they have a paypal to send it electronically after the honeymoon. Or, on the day of, your wedding coordinator can distribute tips in envelopes addressed to the recipient.
Simple as that!
